This website is an independent planning and referral resource, not an ADU contractor or government agency. Use the form to request a planning response or possible company introduction for the described property.
Project form
If the form does not load, open the quote form in a new tab or email contact@aduconstructionlosangeles.com.
Six required fields identify the requester, location, ADU path, current property and intended outcome. Four optional fields cover the address, budget, timing and further details. The form asks for the items below.
- name and email;
- city or ZIP, with the street address optional;
- the ADU type being considered;
- a brief description of the existing property;
- the project goal;
- optional budget and timing details; and
- any other relevant context the owner chooses to provide.
It does not ask for a phone number, SMS consent or file uploads. Do not submit government identification, bank details, access codes, medical details or sensitive tenant details.
What happens after an inquiry
The site operator reviews the details for project and geographic fit. If an appropriate company is available, relevant details may be shared so that company can decide whether to contact the owner. An inquiry does not guarantee a response, appointment, company, quote or acceptance.
Any company is an independent business responsible for its own credentials, assessment, advice, design, permits, price, contract, construction and follow-up. Owners should independently verify the legal entity, CSLB record, insurance, references, work and contract.
Prepare these facts first
Before sending an inquiry, gather the city or county if known, address or city and ZIP, existing building type and units, planned ADU type, approximate room or size goal, access notes, known utilities and any survey or plan documents. State whether you are testing early site checks, selecting a plan or ready to compare building quotes.
Photos and documents can be useful later through an agreed secure method. They do not confirm hidden structural, soil or utility conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the inquiry go?
Tally stores the submission and sends an email copy to the site operator. After review, the operator may give an independent company the property and project facts needed to consider an introduction requested by the owner.
Will sending the form approve my ADU?
No. Only the relevant permit offices can issue approvals, and a complete site-specific review is required.
Does an inquiry commit me to a builder?
No. Owners decide whether to speak with or hire any company and should compare multiple written quotes.
Should I include confidential documents?
No. Keep the initial inquiry to ordinary property and project-planning details.
